Coordinated systems

The electrical plan has to fit the whole project.

Power, technology, architecture, schedule, and inspection decisions are connected. We organize them into a clear, buildable scope.

01

Power + distribution

Service and panel upgrades, new circuits, equipment feeds, EV-ready power, and distribution planned for the property and the complete scope.

  • Panels
  • Circuits
  • EV-ready power
02

Lighting + controls

Lighting plans, switching, dimming, controls, and fixture coordination aligned with architecture, finishes, and how the space will be used.

  • Fixture coordination
03

Low-voltage infrastructure

CAT6 and CAT6A cabling, fiber, racks, data pathways, Wi-Fi infrastructure, cameras, access, and AV rough-in planned before walls close.

Commercial systems

Electrical and communications scopes for tenant improvements, offices, studios, production environments, and specialized interiors.

Where this approach fits

Built into the project.
Not added at the end.

From focused electrical upgrades to complete construction scopes, the work is planned around the building and the way it will be used.

Review your scope
01

Electrical service + upgrades

Panels, circuits, equipment power, troubleshooting, and property-specific electrical improvements.

02

Additions + new construction

Power and low-voltage pathways planned alongside the structure—not patched in after it.

03

Commercial build-outs

Lighting, equipment power, data, and field coordination organized around schedule and operations.

04

Technology-forward spaces

Network, AV, access, camera, and control infrastructure designed into the overall construction plan.

A clear sequence

Plan before the walls close.

  1. 01

    Project call

Property, complete scope, priorities, schedule, and systems.

  2. 02

    Plans + site review

Drawings, capacity, pathways, equipment, access, and field conditions.

  3. 03

    Scope coordination

Trades, responsibilities, sequence, decisions, and inspection milestones.

  4. 04

    Build + verify

Field execution coordinated with the broader general-building work.

Before the first call

Questions, answered clearly.

01Do you take electrical-only service calls?

Yes. Focused electrical upgrades and larger multi-trade construction requests are reviewed separately. C-10 electrical work is performed under CALIFORNIA AUTOMATION EXPERTS LLC, CSLB #1151589.

02Can you coordinate structured cabling and computer networks?

We can plan data pathways, rack and equipment locations, CAT6 or fiber needs, Wi-Fi access points, and related rough-in within the larger construction scope. Specialty installation is assigned according to the required California license classification.

03When should electrical planning begin?

Before pricing and before walls close. Early coordination reduces field conflicts and helps align power, lighting, controls, equipment, cabinetry, ceilings, and technology requirements.

04What should I send for an initial review?

Share the property city, project type, drawings if available, intended equipment or technology, desired timing, and whether the work is residential or commercial.
